Supply of Casting Steel Ball for African Platinum Mine
In July, most of the Northern China's cities suffered from hot weather. Our factory is located in an inland city called Jinan where the temperature comes up to around 40℃.
Though the weather is very blazing hot, within 20 days, the Allstar workers successfully finished the production of 280 tons casting steel balls for one of regular Platinum mine customers in Africa. Thank all of the Allstar workers for the hard and excellent work!!
The 280 tons of casting steel balls is with 12% chrome content. For casting steel balls with chrome content above 10%, we call it high chrome steel balls. For high chrome steel balls, proper heat treatment is a must. The heat treatment of Allstar is computerised giving uniform hardness throughout, good impact fatigue resistance and least wear for the high chrome steel balls.
